The slowest service
Jess and the ladies keep this branch running so smoothly. With the addition of two new guys they are a staff of 5 very competent and experienced bankers. And the branch manager is great too! Thanks everyone for your help with my transactions.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Worst drive through service EVER.. took 15 mins to cash two $50 checks… no line.
I deposited a check and cashed it this location. They miscounted money $100 less and blamed on me and other bank where I deposit my money. I’ve never been this experience that a bank makes mistake like this. I don’t trust this bank, especially this location.
When I walked in, the lady in the counter didn’t say anything. She wasn’t helping anyone either. But a few seconds later another person walked in and she said “Welcome to Truist, how are you?” And when the lady didn’t hear her, she repeated herself. I just feel that’s rude to not greet one person but go out of your way to greet the next. This is also my first time at this location. And this happens as of 11:16am as I’m still standing here typing this.
