Truist needs help. I stopped for 2nd time yesterday and no help. I sat 1 hr 15 minutes and no help I got up and left don’t intend to ever be back in Mauldin branch
So. I stop in at 11:30. 1 teller up front with several customers in front of me including one retail business with 4 deposits and a change order. Okay, no problem, I'll come back in a bit. An hour later at 12;30, the front door is locked and only drive through service is available with 5 cars in line. I would definitely give 0 stars for terrible service, also the old ATM doesn't read cards properly, so I have to drive to Simpsonville if I need ATM service. Worst merger ever. Always long lines. Manager wasn’t even able to complete a bank transfer. Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating.
