Next to impossible to get in touch with anyone at this bank via phone call to ask a simple question. I shouldn’t have to come to the branch to ask a question.
I wish I saw the reviews before coming to this branch. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away and was assigned this area for work last week. I had some downtime so I stopped by this location to get a new business card since my card was damaged. There isn’t a Truist bank where I live by the way. When I walked around 9:30-10am there were no customers inside so I sat for a second then a mid aged caucasian lady that was a teller asked if she could assist me. Truist needs help. I stopped for 2nd time yesterday and no help. I sat 1 hr 15 minutes and no help I got up and left don’t intend to ever be back in Mauldin branch
