Horrible experience and rude!! They seem to make up their own rules as they go along. I liked BB&T but ever since they merged with Suntrust, their customer service has taken a dive!! This branch in particular is one of the worst I have experienced...moving my money out ASAP!!
The most incompetent branch I’ve ever been to.
This bank really gets it done! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable! They worked quickly as a team to help us with the perfect solutions for both our personal and business banking needs. Be sure to visit Truist Bank at Francis Corners... ask for Ahmed, Shasta, Aubri or Elizabeth. Friendly , full-serve banking is found here! I highly recommend this bank!!!
This branch of Truist has been a pleasure to deal with. I have found them extremely helpful, answer any questions I have and just down right courteous. This branch makes a large bank feel at home. Hats off to the manager and the tellers who work the front lines. They do a great job!
