Their policies are crazy especially with joint accounts and their holders. The only way one can remove themself is by death or completely closing out the account- normal banks allow both parties to come in person to a branch and fill out paperwork and you can remove yourself. Never heard of such a thing. People get divorced and some people grow up and separate from their parents - an account shouldn’t have to close if everyone agrees and are present

Wow! What an awful experience. We opened 2 personal checking, 2 business checking, and 2 money market accounts as new customers. When we got done we were told that we would not get debit cards for 7-10 businsss days. That could put us from Dec 13th until the 27th with no way to access our money other than checks or cash. No temp cards. Would not allow for a rush fee on new account. The banker that worked with us was Joseph Paschitti. He was nasty from minute one as were the tellers. Customer service is non- existent, it seems almost impossible that any bank in the Fort Myers area could have two employees as rude as the two we dealt with last week!!!
