I had an appointment at 3pm to open a business account. I arrived at 3 pm to see the bank manager, who was supposed to meet with me, in a meeting with a walk in. I sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for my 3 pm meeting. I finally left. If this is how they treat you when you open an account just imagine how bad it will be after it’s open.

We had such a great experience at this Truist bank location! I highly recommend stopping by and talking to Darin if you are in need of small business banking. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient with solving some issues we were having with our business and personal accounts. I feel confident if any issues arise in the future, he will help us out.
