Ryan has been so helpful. After having issues with my primary location not answering calls, or getting back to me, it was refreshing to start working with this location. They treat you like a person, not an account. Will continue my business with this location!
2 things on why its a 1 star. Being listed as 24 hours for an atm and its locked. I ended up finding out the hard way that a check doesnt post for 24 hours only at this location.
They were so interested in trying to sell me on a new account that they failed to tell me that a check that I deposit in-person at their branch doesnt post until the next business day. This was at 9am when they opened that they told me a check wouldnt be available for 24 hours. When every other branch I have ever been too posts the check on the same day if you meet a cut-off time. They take your money in half a second and you gotta wait for a turnip to bleed out before you get it back. Stay away
