I happened to have something come up while I was in town and Matt was awesome. The most on the ball banker I ever met. If I have another issue while at home I might need to go ahead and make the 3 hour drive to use Matt again! LOL
At first, I didn't believe all the glowing reviews. But after my encounter with this branch, I have become a believer! I needed a notary, and my closer branch only had one, and he happened to be in training. So I called the Fenton branch, and as it happens, talked with Matt McLamb. As others have said, he was courteous, efficient, and eager to help. We worked through an auto title transfer in my trust, which amazingly, was acceptable to the DMV on my first try! Needed to transfer money. Was having a hard time getting anyone to answer at several Truists when called. Saw this place had 5 stars so decided to call. Matt Mclamb answered immediately and helped me complete the transaction smoothly. Drove out of the way to come work with him directly because of his responsiveness and customer service!! Highly recommend this branch AND Matt for any needs!
Beautiful, clean and pleasant bank. Sejal professionalism and kindness made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Sonia also introduced herself and was very welcoming as well. This is what visiting a bank should feel like. Oh yeah, the free chocolate chip cookie was a plus.
Sonia and her team at Truist Fenton are simply world class! Knowledgeable, prompt, professional, considerate, friendly, and personal with an intentional focus on relationships. Everything you would want in a first class banking experience. Thanks and keep up the great work!
