Matt was incredibly easy to work with — fast, sharp, and professional. I highly recommend him if you need help opening any type of account. It’s clear why this branch has a well-deserved 5-star rating.
I happened to have something come up while I was in town and Matt was awesome. The most on the ball banker I ever met. If I have another issue while at home I might need to go ahead and make the 3 hour drive to use Matt again! LOL
At first, I didn't believe all the glowing reviews. But after my encounter with this branch, I have become a believer! I needed a notary, and my closer branch only had one, and he happened to be in training. So I called the Fenton branch, and as it happens, talked with Matt McLamb. As others have said, he was courteous, efficient, and eager to help. We worked through an auto title transfer in my trust, which amazingly, was acceptable to the DMV on my first try!
