I am 15 trying to open a minor checking account that my parents can have access to (you have to be at least 13 to do this). Always low in staff.
Brittany and Scott are always super kind to me when I come in. I have a bunch of tedious transactions because of my business account, but they’ve been nothing but helpful and patient each time.
Can't get to ATM 24/7. No drive-thru! People inside were nice. The inconvenience of the 2 services I use the most is why I gave 1 star.
