Michelle was absolutely amazing. She worked with us on short notice to get an account set up at the end of the business day. She was wonderful! For someone who does not enjoy going into offices for any business, she made the entire experience seamless, pleasant and efficient for me and my wife. Can not recommend her or this Truist highly enough! Thank you Michelle! :)
This bank/branch really needs to review their processes, management, and customer focus. The staff is mostly very friendly, but everything takes a very, very long time. Today, there were 10 employees in the branch, as far as I could see, and only 3 customers, plus some cars at the drive through. It took an inordinate amount of waiting and time for a relatively simple transaction. Last time was even worse.
