I always just ask for him so that it is done right the first time and I don't have to return. He is amazing at what he does, please keep him happy so I can continue to bank here. Drive thru and Tellers are ridiculous I waited 20 minutes to make a simple drive thru deposit when there was noone waiting but me, a 1 person in lobby. The tellers just ignore and the customers and stay it's going be a while we'll get to you when we can. And forget the platform if you have a emergency.. I was told sorry he has appointments all day, and I'm going to lunch. Meanwhile we had 6 bank accounts that were hacked into..not her concern lunch was more important.
This branch is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with smiling faces and they’re willing to help you beyond measures. They truly care and are looking for your best interest. I would never go to any other branch or bank. Make sure you come see Carmen, Sheila, or Anthony although everyone here is amazing.
