Branch leader clueless about investment accounts.
Never any help have to wait more than an hour to talk to someone wish I had sun trust back No customer service rude people
The manager lied and said they could not remove a hold placed on a check. When I told her I have a manager that has done it for me before she said he makes an exception for you. So she could do it if she made an "exception" for me.
This branch is the worst Truist branch around. On a Friday at lunchtime, they have one teller doing inside customers and drive thru customers. The lady doing personal bank transaction avoided helping out until someone said something and then she finally got off her butt and helped. To have to wait 30 mins to be helped is crazy. I'd be embarrassed to be the branch manager of this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.
