WHO HOLDS ON CASH DEPOSITS? FOR SURE THE WORST MANAGED TRUIST BRANCH I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. This is the final straw. My cash & check deposits at a neighboring branch were put on “ATM HOLD” absent any explanation either online or from staff at the Spring Hill Drive branch. They also couldn’t explain why my $1000 ATM deposit was shorted by $200! It’s not the first time a TRUIST ATM HAS FAILED. BETTER FILM IT & HAVE A WITNESS. I can't believe this particular branch is anything short of 5 plus stars! I love everybody in this branch! They are so good to work with! I've been dealing with them for decades! So sorry it took me so long to write this review! Thanks everybody at Truist!! You guys rock!
