Went in the bank with an eye full of tears because of a check hold. Less than 15 minutes DeAnthony worked to make sure everything would move quick and fast
I walked into this branch on a Saturday to cash bonds. Mind you I have cashed bonds at other truist locations on Saturdays. When they declined my service and I explained to them that I have done this in the past they sighted long lines as the reason they couldn't help me. I would appreciate not being lied to about the actual reason they are unwilling to serve me.
