As a business owner and practicing attorney, I am thoroughly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and lack of basic customer service at this bank. Despite bringing complete legal documentation, credentials, and court-required paperwork to act as a personal representative, I am consistently met with pushback, long delays, and outright refusals. Great service. We had a group to sign a lot of docs and they were very patient and professional.
Very very slow service and some of the tellers are rude.
