I had come in to open a new checking and savings account. I had opened them both, learned about mobile banking, and received great help and insights from lauren and Madelyn. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick too! 10 out of 10

I opened a checking and savings account a few weeks ago and am very satisfied with the account. One thing I wish it had was refundable ATM fees. That's the only thing Bank of America had when I had an account with them that Truist does not. That and a better credit tracker thing. But Truist accounts are interest bearing, they don't charge a monthly fee for the account, Truist offers fee-free overdraft, as well as a much simpler bill pay feature in the app. Other than the lack of refundable ATM fees and the ability to get you... read more
