I am baffled by the number of negative reviews. I have been coming to this branch of Truist for many years and have been treated with courtesy and great customer service by every employee who has served me. I have not had one negative experience. Kudos to the wonderful staff and great service they provide.
I went in on Monday to make a wire transfer for closing on a house, the woman who I worked with, Vandana, was incredibly rude and not helpful. She was so unpleasant and for my first time doing a wire transfer with such a large amount, she made me not only worried about where my money was going, but made the whole experience just horrible. I would not recommend working with Vandana, and I plan to change my banking due to her rudeness.
