I went in on Monday to make a wire transfer for closing on a house, the woman who I worked with, Vandana, was incredibly rude and not helpful. She was so unpleasant and for my first time doing a wire transfer with such a large amount, she made me not only worried about where my money was going, but made the whole experience just horrible. I would not recommend working with Vandana, and I plan to change my banking due to her rudeness.
If you have a big truck, this ATM lane is very tight. Fold in your mirrors. And the access road does a unnecessary s turn. That is terrible for a long wheelbase truck
I wish I could give a zero. The branch manager, Steven, lied to my face about his ability to expedite a process on a loan and I may lose my new house over it. Run away from this bank as fast as you can. They cant be trusted.
