Well, the staff and manager here are kind and have been as helpful as truest will allow them to be. I am quite concerned about the overall viability of this bank long-term. I think that they may be mid crumble. I would be very hesitant to leave large sum of money at this institution, Online and phone customer (National number) absolutely abysmal. I rarely go in, I have only used the drive through in the past and have always had great experiences doing so. Today, I had to conduct business inside and they were short staffed, very busy, but they were so awesome!! The manager was so friendly and accommodating and the staff were so calm and all smiles. And the tellers took their time with each transaction with kindness. I’m sure it was stressful and exhausting for them but one would never know with the happy & positive atmosphere they created.
I was helped by Cheryl Plaisance and she was very helpful and understanding with my needs. She was able to assist in getting me a cashiers check and was very friendly. The branch manager Steven Boadu was also very friendly and was out on the floor tending to customers needs. The branch was well run and they were there to assist customers not just stating policies.
This is a review of Truist Bank as a whole and for this particular location. My available balance on the App never matches my available day by day balances shown on my statements. They handle pending transactions differently based on different organizations that post to the pending. I have never been able to keep track of my balance with this bank. For the first time in 40 years of banking!!!
Renovation looks great. The receptionist and the employees are pretty nice. Easily opened a checking and deposited money. Michele is really helpful and patient.
