worst bank in the area, unprofessional management, awful banker named Grecia Saldivar who approached me and my husband with such disrespect and attitude. We waited 40 minutes to order foreign currency because one of the tellers Meena Singh assisted us to have a seat for a banker to do it.
This branch is an absolute disaster. I needed a wire transfer few weeks ago and one of the Spanish speaking bankers was rude, completely useless, and acted like helping a client was the biggest inconvenience in the world. The manager? She sits in her office doing absolutely nothing while clients pile up in the waiting chairs, glaring around for someone to assist them, and when she finally shows her face, she’s dismissive and rude.
