I am more than satisfied with their services.
This banking institution is the worst ever. I am stuck with them because my mortgage company sold to them, so it is by default. NOT MY CHOOSING. What a whole lot of unprofessional, unknowledgeable employees who will not let you speak to the person, department you need. I have spent over 3 hrs. on the phone with as many people, all telling me something different. Excellent customer service
Poorly managed, undertrained staff. Toxic environment. Peggy is abusive towards others because she has narrsasistic personality disorder. Hold time is 2+ hours. Kelly was amazing and knowledgeable but left because of poor management and toxic environment. Jessica uses gaslighting to control staff and is abusive as well. Employees aren't given proper lunches.
