This banking institution is the worst ever. I am stuck with them because my mortgage company sold to them, so it is by default. NOT MY CHOOSING. What a whole lot of unprofessional, unknowledgeable employees who will not let you speak to the person, department you need. I have spent over 3 hrs. on the phone with as many people, all telling me something different.
