I have had nothing but Positive experiences here at this Lakeline Location. Almendra helped me with my first Auto loan and she was outstanding. Absolutely horrific experience with this bank. Opened a business account with them. Deposited multiple checks and everything was fine. All the sudden I deposit a check from a client I have already done work for before. Through the same bank account. And they put a hold on it for investigation of fraud. When you call to investigate, you were not allowed to talk to the investigator and nobody is allowed to talk to him either and they’re only allowed to work off of the notes that he has written down for the case. Please never have any business with this freaking bank, they will close your account without any justification simply saying it's fraud, if you are so good at detecting fraud why don't you go detecting the voter fraud lol!!!
My first time at this branch location and the teller could brush up on her customer service skills or maybe she wasn't happy because I inconvenienced her conversation with the previous customer.
