I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this bank. I had an issue with a teller about two weeks ago and spoke with the manager about it. When I came in today, I had another issue with the same teller. I didn’t even realize it was the same person until the manager came out. The way I was treated today was unnecessary and disrespectful. I was a little apprehensive after reading past reviews, but I went anyway. My visit to this branch was amazing! The line moved fast and the teller that helped me, Tasha, was friendly and very professional. She addressed my needs quickly and she did it with a smile. The bank itself was the picture of perfection...clean and everything in place, even down to the flyers. I'm a truist customer, and went there to exchange dollars for euros since I'm traveling to Europe tomorrow. They told me they did not but that Wells Fargo did and sent me to Wells Fargo.Wells Fargo does NOT exchange dollars for euros unless I am a Wells Fargo customer so your information was wrong and you wasting my time. Finally severed my banking relationship with Truist due to poor service particularly at this location. Their mobile banking app and phone service with the 1-800 numbers are pretty good. No issues going through the drive up either. However, sometimes you want to speak with a banker and this location has, in my opinion, has been understaffed for at least 2 years, to the extent where I've left the branch and had to return!
