I'm a truist customer, and went there to exchange dollars for euros since I'm traveling to Europe tomorrow. They told me they did not but that Wells Fargo did and sent me to Wells Fargo.Wells Fargo does NOT exchange dollars for euros unless I am a Wells Fargo customer so your information was wrong and you wasting my time. Finally severed my banking relationship with Truist due to poor service particularly at this location. Their mobile banking app and phone service with the 1-800 numbers are pretty good. No issues going through the drive up either. However, sometimes you want to speak with a banker and this location has, in my opinion, has been understaffed for at least 2 years, to the extent where I've left the branch and had to return! Came in lady named Josey was so friendly!! She helped me with everything.. Definitely she's someone that knows how to make it right..
Unprofessional and EXTREMELY slow service.
Bless their hearts. Insufficient staff to do anything quickly...like closing my checking accounts. Started process of opening new accounts at NC SECU in June 2024 and closing TRUIST. The downfall was ruining BB&T in a merger. 100% pleased with SECU.
