I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Rosé De Mars. She is such a kind and professional lady that clearly explained all the details of opening an account to me. I love her smile. Kudos for her and her great service!
I have consistently encountered challenges with this branch. Unfortunately, I cannot recall a positive experience during my visits. The only reason we maintain a safe deposit box at this location is due to its proximity to our home. On multiple occasions, we've faced issues with the staff. For example, during a recent visit to access our safe deposit box, I was informed that no staff member was available who could access the vault, and I was advised to return at another time. Sarah has horrible customer service. My fiancé went to this branch on a Saturday. He experienced HORRIBLE customer service. They turned the lights off on him while he was inside. (Lawsuit anyone? Imagine if he slipped because an idiot at the bank decided to be ignorant and passively push customers out by turning off the lights, are yall okay?!)
