Unfortunately, this branch doesn't offer notary services to its customers. Is it all banks or just this one? I'm happy with Truist overall but quite disappointed with this branch.
Been here 4 times . Always backed up ! always 1 teller ! Customer service is worst .!Managers are all in bad moods ! I just opened a account and wont be keeping it ! wil close my account !! If you have a truist account ? Dont come to this location !! Reason why its at 2.7 rating !! Sorry truist !! Please do better on customer service side ! With out customers there is no truist !!
Truists allowed our accounts to be breached. When I sign in I need double verification. Someone got into the account in April without it and managed to change my password. No email that a new computer signed it, no double vertification.

Truist done it again . Tried another branch . Worst than the one at Flower Hill. Incompetent and careless staff . Standing for 15 min while 5 employees carting and manicure . They even ask me to wait and continue chatting . Teller cannot even do a deposit right . It is like we are here to serve them instead if the other way around .
