I can't express how greatful I am for Berta and the great customer service she provided. She went above and beyond to help me get the statement that I am required to provide due to my divorce. My account was closed years ago during the Suntrust/ BBT merger. They really take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and your banking needs are fully taken care of.
