Truist is the Gold Standard in client services. Yes, they are a huge bank and they have strict guidelines, but you can always expect great service and highly intelligent employees. They often offer special programs that other banks can not and that is the advantage that comes from being one of the bigger banks, so it works both ways...I highly recommend.
The only teller that was nice there is Allen this is not my regular bank I sold some items at another store the rule is the banker supposed to call every time when they cash a check however this lady said she knows what she doing I called the other store and they just said it’s ok however the woman has an attitude and seems bossy so I not sure I want to go back to that location
I believe I was racially profiled by Allen, a bank representative at this branch. When I raised my concerns, the Branch Manager, Andree Gohoungo-Regis, supported Allen’s actions rather than addressing the matter impartially. Following my complaint, I was denied service, including the ability to deposit or cash my payroll check, which I believe was retaliatory in nature. I can't express how greatful I am for Berta and the great customer service she provided. She went above and beyond to help me get the statement that I am required to provide due to my divorce. My account was closed years ago during the Suntrust/ BBT merger. I went to several different Truist banks and Berta was the only person who was able to find my account and get me the statements I desperately needed.
