I’ve had a great experience at the Truist Bank branch at 1800 Rockville Pike. The staff here is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They really take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and your banking needs are fully taken care of. Door does not open even with appropriate credit card or ATM card…. Please fix this problem.
Highly dissatisfied with the service here, particularly from the branch manager at this location. She was very unprofessional and had an unhelpful attitude and did nothing to help me resolve my issue. Ended up getting the assistance I needed at the Truist location at The Square in Rockville in a matter of 10 minutes.
This was one of the most frustrating and incompetent experiences I have ever had. The staff insisted on multiple forms of identification despite my already providing a valid driver’s license and then refused to allow me to withdraw my own funds. Their lack of knowledge and professionalism—especially from the branch manager—is absolutely unacceptable!! Don’t go here! They all need to be fired or get suitable training!
