First visit approximately ever to a truist 4:10 Wednesday March 25th. My car is financed with this bank I decided today after 5 years to go in and make my payment. Walked in 1 teller she was busy putting checks through counting cash never acknowledged or greeted me another lady was behind me she continued doing what she was doing, no" one moment" nothing!!! This location is amazing. Everyone's helpful and friendly. Natalie is super helpful and always brightens my day! She deserves a raise please.
My significant other visited this location to get his check cashed from his employer who banks with this company. So the check came from Truist… My partner was racial profiled and discriminated against. They went as far as calling my his employer to verify that the check was authentic. This was an embarrassing and humiliating experience for him and our family.
