First of all im a business account and personal account member. Yet they still decide its ok to put a hold on a large deposit for a total of 10 days. Even asked if they could expedite the process because I need this money but they could care less about their members. In this day and age where you can mobile deposit and even expedite certain checks and I've mobile deposit many many checks on average 3 to 8 checks per day without ever having any issue. I have had a great experience with the bank staff every time I visit. Some of my transactions have been complicated and they work to make sure everything is done correctly.
I had a bad first impression due to this bank not answering their phone or returning messages, but after going in they were nice.
Slowest drive thru service ever!
Very well managed banking institution. Particularly when using online banking. Many safeguards to protect your assets.
