Extremely short staffed and the stress level from these people are evident. Hire more people please.
Was not given change from my transaction today and was given attitude when I asked about it. It was only 30 cents, but it is a business account so the deposits and our cash box need to be accurate. I had to explain that the cash portion was written to deposit $1.70 (I gave them $2.00) and that meant I was owed 30 cents. I sent the slip back and the employee proceeded to help another customer before fixing her mistake. I was there an additional 10 minutes that I didn't need to be. Absolutely incompetent. If the online banking was not easy to use I would just move everything to another bank.
