Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Came to get a safe deposit box (this is one of the few remaining places that still offer them). As soon as I walked in, Javaris McDonald greeted and welcomed me, took care of what needed to be done, got me my box and I was on my way soon. Knowledgeable, friendly, took care of me, no problems at all.
The manager at this location was changing the date on check for a costumer who wasn't present.. she said to me "I am the manager and that shouldn't be your concern" , this was today 3-22-2025 at 11:45 am
Although this is a busy branch, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Phfait and Shar (sp?). I had to come in twice. They were each very patient and helpful. Phfait spent time with me helping to problem solve an issue I had with closing my elderly mother's account. When I came back, he transferred all the information over to Shar so that I didn't need to waste my time explaining the situation. It was difficult to get my mother to the branch but they made the process as painless as possible. Well done!
Horrible customer service line
Awful customer service , one teller on Saturday waited 25 minutes in line there were like 12 people waiting it’s ridiculous. I’ll not recommend this branch to anyone
