I dropped by this branch of Truist and was assisted by Cheryl Frederick, Branch Leader. Ms. Frederick was not only very helpful and concerned about resolving my issue, she went above my expectations by assisting me with navigating the customer service phone help. I don't know how I would have resolved my issue without her help.
