They have always been helpful and polite. I have never had a bad experience with them.
Horrible place. Froze my account for investigation on fraud. Every day I have called to see if they took the hold off and all I get is every single person that I have spoken to have no idea. They ALL given me different answers. I'm broke and can't even touch my own money!!!! ALL my bills are due and I count on the account to pay them. NOW I will most likely loose my electric and my car and be homeless. I count on my social security check every month on the 3rd and I can't even get My own money to pay for my bills. Absolute horrid Bank! Wanted to charge $8 fee to cash a $65 check drawn on their own bank nonetheless! If Moses had a choice he should have left these people in the desert. Gen Z greenhorns with no feelings asleep at the wheel.
Bank manager Cindy very rude,didn't have time to open accounts that day :(
