Can't do business through the drive-thru. can't set up appointments when drive-thru is open. On hold for over half an hour it's not a brief hold!!! "You can't set up a payoff for your auto loan because we want to collect as much interest as possible!"
Rude rude rude! I just went in to see my personal banker (what a joke). About fraud that BBT has put in my credit report and she couldn’t be bothered to help me. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. LAZY LAZY LAZY
Worst service I've had at a bank had to wait 30 min to deposit. New hiring is n order here.
Rude and unprofessional . The heavy African-American women I think is a loan officer is nasty and rude.
Made me sit in their drive thru for 40 min, then told me they couldn't fulfill my transaction because of "discrepancies" they couldn't discuss. I'll never bank at BB&T again.
