I am not a costumer as I had a situation with my mother-in-law insurance check being the check was issued through this bank. Vivian Montalvo nicely and respectfully handled this for us in a timely manner. She said we will figure this out in no time she had it complete as my bank as over 35 years of banking with them and I never had a problem before act like I was a problem and never once step up to help. These guys are the best! Always willing to help.
This bank does not support the customer. They would rather act as a corporation, and support their bank regulations. What right does a bank has to freeze and close a customer’s bank account without notice? Not even a phone call or written notice. No access to the account. No accessible funds. Is this communism ?
