I went by the branch to get copies of old statements from a closed I needed. I had tried their 1-800 national customer service, who said it couldn't be done. The branch office came through Adrian was very helpful. I was able to get what I needed. Good to have a local office and real people that will talk to you. I checked their CD RATES online considered opening a new one. The four stars is a reflection of the bank only offering 3% where others will pay 4%. The branch personnel are 5 stars, and nice facility.
