It's no wonder you only have three stars charging people $8 to cash a check that comes from your bank. And the wait time at the window as you're largely understaffed was abhorrent. I'm very glad I personally don't bank here
I have dealt with BBT, now Truist since moving to Wythe Co in 2016. Staff always treats me well and I find the online banking very convenient.
At the Wytheville Branch, Donna was extremely helpful with my banking needs and the other staff member were very pleasant.
