Been with this bank for over 30 plus years, had them finance 3 properties, and had all my investments with the bank with over 100k but after the purchase from Sun Trust several years ago the bank has become miserable to deal with. Went there to get my daughter's documents notarize and me and her dad needs to sign. Bank with Truist for the longest time in VA, never had a problem getting docs notarize with me and my ex husband. Went in this location and said that we can't do it coz my ex does not have an account with Truist. First time I've ever heard of that.. being that I was a teller for Subtrust before they merged and we've never said that to our clients or even an excuse to say such. Disappointed. Doesn't care about their clients.
I had a great experience at the bank thanks to Lance. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
