This place is a circus. I legitimately laughed multiple times while trying to conduct business. Let me preface this by saying I am not an account holder with Truist. That actually made all of this more amusing. I went in with a Cashier’s Check written FROM Truist. I waited my turn in line, presented my Cashier’s Check, AKA - cash, and was told that I could NOT cash a Cashier’s Check written from their bank AT their bank because I wasn’t a customer. Branch manager is so rude . They took my check and deposit is and asked me multiple times where I got the money then the manager told me they wanna keep my check for a week. Now I see it in my account but it's on hold !!! I called and asked but the manager replied rudely . Now i hate Truist . I am going to switch my bank asap
