This bank wants $8.00 to cash a check drawn on Truist. Lots of banks do not charge for that anymore. It's NOT THEIR MONEY TO BEGIN WITH! IT BELONGS TO THE CUSTOMER THAT DEPOSITED IT AND WHEN A CHECK IS WRITTEN IT BELONGS TO THE PERSON IT IS MADE OUT TO! Con Artists!
Walked into this bank at 415pm and they told me they couldn’t open an account bc it takes 30 minutes and they already have an appointment at 430pm. I will be complaining to their branch manager. Left and went to Truist on Parham. Was serviced at 446pm and all done by 456pm. What liars!
