Worst experience at ANY bank I've ever had. Teller was deliberately slow and bold faced lied to me. Wouldn't cash a check because I didn't have an equal amount in my checking?? Went to Mechanicsville Truist and they cashed it immediately no questions asked. Zero stars.
This bank wants $8.00 to cash a check drawn on Truist. Lots of banks do not charge for that anymore. It's NOT THEIR MONEY TO BEGIN WITH! IT BELONGS TO THE CUSTOMER THAT DEPOSITED IT AND WHEN A CHECK IS WRITTEN IT BELONGS TO THE PERSON IT IS MADE OUT TO! Con Artists!
