Great Experience! Awesome lending team. We had a new home being built which turned into a nightmare and finally got fed up when we were months past estimated closing and holiday were near. Lucas Staus and Karinda Houck were superhero's when we found a ready to go home and they worked extra hard to get our deal done and closed within 2 weeks. We currently have them and they are awful, charged me fees in Feb that I disputed because it was clearly not my fault. I spoke with a manager and she said they will be reversed well I am still in the process of them trying to reverse them and my May payment just went up the exact amount again. DO NOT GO WITH THEM... I have had several mortgages and never an experience like this.

This company is a scam. I started trying to refinance 5 months ago. Should have been completed in 30 days. They just kept pushing closing date out one or two weeks at a time. After reading other reviews, I'm so thankful I found out before it went to closing.

I currently have a loan with these guys. My rate 4.99, I was in process of refinancing with them, all seemed well, no late payments, good credit, score 705, okay DTI, they decided last minute to refuse the refi to me. I though about it, well of course, they make 24K alone on interest, why would they want to make any less? Terrible work flow, late on call back and loan officers provide false hope.
