Had a a bathtub and surround with a new window installed to replace my old one. Also new vinyl plank floor. Installers arrived in schedule. The two man bath installation team got to work tearing out the old cast iron tub and tile walls. A bit later the window crew showed up and installed the window. The bath and surround were installed. Bad bad bad They come in show me a bunch of choices to improve my situation. They take my down payment-then they disappear. I had to contact them to come out to check measurements weeks later-instead of them coming out automatically day(s) after the consult.. so instead of being done by July 4th as consultant told me- still waiting for a call back after measurement 2 months later.
