Jacob, is an awesome gym coach/instructor. He's very knowledgeable, explains the exercise and proper technique. Jacob has a unique ability to motivate/push you to excel in a very positive manner! Steve at PSIX always has excellent and knowledgeable coaches.
I’ve been going here for a couple of years now. The programming changes monthly. Same exercises on Mondays, Tuesdays, etc for the entire month so you can track your progress and gains. The community that pushes each other keeps me coming back for more. The coaches are motivating and help correct your form and modify exercises if needed. Highly recommend and would love to see more join.
I've been a member of PSIX since 2024 and the classes there have made a huge difference in my fitness and mobility level. Classes change monthly and the strength classes target different muscle groups. The coaches are enthusiastic and friendly and it's a great community to be a part of.
I enjoy skiing with family and friends. TruHit work outs have enhanced my balance, my core strength, and endurance! Join me!! The trainers are like having your own personal trainer! They are professional and supportive of your goals. They teach the techniques at every station and modify your workout to fit your ability. If you’re looking for results this is the place.
