I'm 54 and in the best mental and physical shape of my adult life. I've lost 40 pounds of fat, gained a bunch of muscle, and Truhit North Boise is a big piece of my health & fitness plan. It's not enough at my age to work solely on retaining muscle. There's also loss of balance and mobility that often come with aging. Great gym! Love the positive encouraging environment and how nice the place is. Great way to get and stay in shape.
This is the best gym I’ve ever been to. Very supportive coaching and helpful tips. Willing to take the time to help you figure out your form/modify something to help you. Great sense of camradery in the gym, everyone is always encouraging and supportive. Great and challenging workouts. I’ve never really been a gym person and now I’m looking forward to going everyday.
I did one trial workout here and felt like I found my people. Definitely my happy place. I can't wait to try ALL THE WORKOUTS.
