Love it. Trainers are excellent and the workouts are demanding
My son just recently started the kids summer workout program. He loves it. I love that it is a controlled environment and he works with coaches to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Instead of sending your child to camp, this is a great alternative to not sitting around all summer doing nothing. Classes are twice a week and a reasonable price.
I just finished my 2nd workout at the norterra location and I’m loving it! I feel so motivated by the instructors and other people in the class. Everyone is so kind, I look forward to continuing my workouts here!
