True hearing told me the wrong time for my appointment that I had set up long ago with the doctor. Thank God the office that I was seeing called and told me it’s a 1 o’clock appointment because true hearing sent me documentation saying it was at 3:00. I told the office and they said this stuff happens all the time.
Michael at Clear Choice Hearing Solutions was very helpful.
The staff were professional yet friendly. The exam was on time. My wife said the staff conversation outside the booth was a little bit distracting though.
I am very pleased with TruHearing. The staff at the clinic was great in explaining the hearing test results, as well as the ordering process and timeline for the hearing aids. I highly recommend TruHearing!
