Get directionsI was at the program for 35 days just for them to send me home with no Suboxone and no one will get back to me. If I wasn’t strong enough, I’d be right back on the street so beware of leaving the program without your medication after staying there and allowing them to get your insurance for 35 days and then I’m not giving a shit about you. If they truly cared about me, they would’ve gotten back to me or made sure that I had my medication. Most people are there for 7 to 5 days and I was there for 35 because I didn’t go to a r... read more
"I don't know what you're even doing here." Those were the last words from my case worker, Jamie, as I was trying to be released at my own expense because they were over two hours late. I went in for a 7 day detox and Jamie (who appears to run the show) told me in advance it wasn't going to work. That brings up at least two questions: Why offer offer a service you yourself don't believe in? I can't recommend TruHealing enough. If you read negative reviews, take them with a grain of salt—recovery requires rules, and the structure they provide is the reality check most of us desperately need. The absolute best part of the program is the staff. The techs have walked in our shoes (many are alumni of the program), so they truly understand what it takes. A special shoutout to Rodney, Tim, Marquese, Andre, and Eric. They are incredibly down-to-earth and genuinely care about your success. TruHealing will help you get y... read more
They quite literally gave me marijuana. The doctors wouldn't give me my medication. No therapy or counseling. If I wanted to sit in a room, watch TV and get high, I can do it much better at home. This place then kicked me to the curb when ai confronted them. They're just a bunch of minimum wage employees, if you can call them that, that don't care about you. You're better off getting sober at home because this place will make you reach for a needle.
Just terrible. Staff was alright Jamie was very respectful and helpful along with kat but turns out I got a prescription filled there April second and by April 7th I was sent to another facility with a completely empty bottle of welbutrin that was freshly filled at their facility. I don’t know why they’d fill my prescription just to rob me of it and now I suffer but, what can you do. Sketchy facilities have sketchy doings. Do yourself a favor and just Goto hygia.
