Very disappointing. Got my hair done there once, it was all fine. Second time I came was a different story though. I came early to my appointment and had to wait about 1 hour and a half because the other client wasn’t done and there was no one else there… After all that wait, tell me why this lady pulls on my hair ROUGHLY with her brush and takes her anger out on me while detangling. That was completely unprofessional and I’m certainly not coming back here 🤷‍♀️ Shame because the hair was done quite decently

I’ve taken my kids here twice for braids. September 2024 and January 2025. Different braiders every time. I would suggest closing at a decent hours to MOP your floors and clean your combs. Why is their hair from yesterday on your floors? Secondly, 2 braiders were booked to work concurrently on my kids (2) hair. ***Please read this review in its entirety before you decide to book an appointment***. These people absolutely ruined my $800 bundles after claiming they could do a dye and sew in job. The job was simple. When I get my hair done by stylist in Toronto , they wash my hair , blow it out , style it and dye it as needed for a total of $295. The very delusional shop owner called me to qoute be $350 for this service. Cool I said fine because I couldn't get to Toronto before my Miami trip to my regular stylist so I said ok. Honestly this was the best customer service that I have received in a long time. The level of professionalism that was required met beyond my expectations. The first visit, I brought my son to the salon and they were so patient with him. Washed his hair, did a blowout band then braided his hair. He looked so handsome! And was getting compliments from everyone. On my second visit, I came to do singles braids and I really enjoyed the ambience while getting pampered. Thank you MarieGold and Tanessia for the amazing experience.

Sad about my experience today and two days ago mostly because my experience getting crochet the first time around in July was great and service was great but this time around when i got a wash, the person who did my hair did not detangle it after taking it out and just went and washed it like that and attempted to blow dry it. My head was sore all through and she just did not know how to blow dry it at all and just kept brushing and pulling with no direction.
