I have used TruGrocer since I was around 10 years old. my parents took me in when it was still Albertsons Credit Union. For the past few months TruGrocer now holds all Mobile deposits for at least 2 businesses days. This has lead to "over drafting" our account from Automatic payments and them charging us fees every month even though the account says there is plenty of money in it. They tell me I have to come into the branch for all deposits but this is very inconvent as we do not live in a town with a branch. This feels more... read more
I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. I'm sure the whole company is as good. I just bought a trailer, and Katrina Shaw was amazing, and the loan couldn't have gone smoother... I'm currently refinancing my truck to consolidate some bills, and Rene Gutierrez is awesome. Making this process very easy.
