This service used to be good. Unlike the website says, it is no longer locally owned. The new owners have alienated their customers and employees with poor management. This is sad since this used to be a reputable company. Now they are a company that I cannot trust. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. We have had better results with store bought treatments. It was better before the takeover. Too bad a good business went down the drain due to poor management. Casper has lost a great service.

I realize that businesses now try to force you to buy more than you need in order to increase business, but it's not a good practice and I try to avoid it whenever possible. TruGreen is now the same way! They will not give you what you need or can afford, but will demand you buy an entire package, or they will not provide you any service. It's a strongarm tactic I do not care for, so will avoid them at all costs. Other companies will provide the same services and you can purchase only what you need. Very disappointing!

I have a friend whom called truegreen to do my yard,we had some problems from the start,then they called & offered aeration of course said yes,that job was Bad we called heard the excuses & was told we had moisture coming & they'd be back.. Called today was told 4- four employees said No employees mind ya so going to refund the money that crappy job & said early next spring.. I Don't recommend this company especially when employees seem to run it, won't be using it next year...
