Make sure you know how long services are paid for. I prepaid for 1 year for lawn service. That ended, they continued to send someone out and charged me. I paid for an insect service- told it was for 1 year, but was only until the end of the year. Complete rip off at 300 bucks. They were contracted to do six visits so they did three throughout the entire summer and then the final three in a 3 1/2 week. Well after all the sprinklers have been turned off ... read more
