Cant post pictures here, but they totally ruined my lawn performing a simple core aeration. Please use anyone other than TruGreen.
Our yard looks EXACTLY the same as it did a year ago. For the amount of money spent, we should be able to throw picnics on that yard. Where's our grass???? Not to mention our one year is over, but yet they charged our bank AGAIN!
Highly disrepectful employees (hopefully not all). We have the nicest lawn in our neighborhood BY FAR due to our hard work and diligence in taking care of it and working on it daily to keep it beautiful and groomed and a TruGreen rep just placed a TruGreen ad/sign in our yard as if they are responsible for it. I think that's false advertising as well trying to convince consumers that, "hey, look what we can do" by placing a placard in our yard. Not cool... you suck, have sales people sell me a yearly program then no one calls or shows up.
