I went here to replace one of my car tyres which needed a nail removal and replace my cars low beam bulb. The guy in the garage wearing cap is very rude and he charges ridiculously. Just to replace 2 bulbs he charged me 70 Aud. His inability to communicate with customers in a pleasing way is very bad for the business. After replacing the tyre he has just thrown my spare tyre onto the boot and not even screwed it back properly. I called ahead to have a nail removed from my tyre. I went and it was fixed in 15min. Great customer service as well. Thank you!
The best customer service, very efficient and helpful, friendly staff.
Went there to get a puncture repaired, tire was not even removed to check. Instead just inspected the tire whilst I drove along. I was then told it could not be found and to go to another shop. Would not recommend. Went to Bridgestone booked the same morning and got it sorted the same day, out in an hour.
