Sade leads the best yin practice. She’s calm and focused. Her cues are clear and her music is just the right soundtrack for relaxation. Taking her class helps me to unwind and release tension in my body. I don’t live close, but her classes are worth the drive from Humble.
Sam’s Tru Fit Flow class was an intense, high-heat challenge that delivered an incredible workout. I walked away completely drenched and impressed by the intensity he brought to the session! Just when I think I've seen everything True Fusion has to offer, they reinvent themselves like Disney—taking a familiar concept and making it feel brand new and exciting. Thank you!
Absolutely in love with Trufusion!!! The instructors have amazing energy and truly make you feel welcome and seen, huge shoutout to Kelli and Damien for bringing such great vibes and motivation every time! They really push you while still making the experience fun and encouraging.
I’ve had such a great experience at TruFusion! The vibe is super fun and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable no matter your level. The studio is always very clean and well taken care of, which I really appreciate. The classes are engaging and never boring, and the instructors keep things challenging in a good way. It’s definitely become something I look forward to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a positive, upbeat place to work out!
