I've had two sessions with Michael so far, and in this short amount of time, he has made me feel immensely better. Most importantly, my pain has significantly diminished, which has greatly helped my workouts and sleep. I believe that my range of motion has increased, and overall, I feel more relaxed/less tense. Michael has helped me tremendously with nagging tightness in my calf and hips after a surgery I had from 2017. I felt and performed much better after one only session and that’s the reason I keep going back because he cares and takes pride in his craft, which translates to me feeling better . I recommend 10/10
