I would highly recommend Keith as your trainer. If you are willing to put in the work you WILL see results. He trains hard but the hard work definitely pays off. Very professional, personable and motivating!
If you are looking for a fitness trainer, I highly recommend tru fitness by Keith, I have been a member for about 2yrs, I find that the price is very reasonable, the gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment for personal and group training , I have never had any scheduling issues, I find Keith to be extremely professional, he work with you to help you achieve your goals
I worked one-on-one with Keith for several months and was bikini ready in no time at all. All my workouts were designed exclusively for me and my results were amazing.
