This is a gym. It’s more than meets the eye. It’s the type of gym you would imagine Arnold, Mike O’Hearn and the list goes on and on training at. I know this is said a lot about other gyms but this place stays prestigious clean. Super friendly environment from the moment you hit the door. The GM is caring and attentive to the point I have open heart surgery coming up and she remembers every appointment and ask how I’m doing. Thank you Jana and Dakota.

Great place to go and get into routine. Staff is friendly and it doesn't feel corporate, yet has the backing of Golds. Equipment is good and I rarely have to wait. Im a guy and Its nice the ladies can use a private room if needed so they can do stretches and stuff without feeling uncomfortable. The staff is super encouraging and knowledgeable, and if you are just starting a new fitness journey or continuing, this is the perfect place.

Overall, this gym is subpar at best. Overcrowded and extremely dirty. A negligent lack of communication from their management is now costing me time and money. They had the incorrect phone number listed under my name and sent me to collections over something ridiculous like $40. Never received a phone call, an email, or any notification whatsoever about a missed payment as I had my credit card on file. This will be the last corporate gym that I join.
