I’ve been a member for some time now and the level of cleanliness has become a significant concern. Gym equipment, restrooms, and common areas are always dirty and inadequately maintained. In an environment where people are sweating and sharing equipment throughout the day, proper cleaning and sanitation is important. Noelle ask for… she invited me good outreach coordinator. I would definitely give her a raise. Clean Jim nice equipment nice staff clean locker room rooms as Arnold Schwarzenegger would say I’ll be back.
Have been a member a long time, myself along with other members have reported the broken equipment for many years but it falls on deaf ears. However the dues have almost doubled and they charge a “maintenance fee” but do not make repairs. The cup holders in the bikes were taken and never replaced, the same broken treadmill has been dissembled on the cardio deck for years, dumbbells also broken for years.
