Highly recommend this gym. They have a great variety of equipment, and their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of supplements and protein snacks. They recently updated back to Golds Gym and their ascetics around the gym have made it very relaxing! Plus, they abide by the law which requires service animals to be allowed in the gym. Hands down, best gym in New Bern!

If you like to work out with Rottweilers that clearly haven't been bathed in who knows how long. The stench was horrendous Service animal my a$$ it's clearly an emotional support animal. Also saunas have never worked the 4 months we were members. Childcare on weekends is someone on their phone who could care less. Also horrible repaint job. This gym clearly doesn't care about quality. Shows by the very poorly unkept machines.
Wonderful gym, kid care on the weekend is exceptional! The renovation and paint job looks great! I enjoy the sauna almost every day! Also is service dog friendly!
Been a member for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is incredible, from front desk to childcare, janitorial etc. Its the first childcare I trusted my daughter to go to and she is loved. Nothing but great things to say!
