Great place to go and get into routine. Staff is friendly and it doesn't feel corporate, yet has the backing of Golds. Equipment is good and I rarely have to wait. Im a guy and Its nice the ladies can use a private room if needed so they can do stretches and stuff without feeling uncomfortable. The staff is super encouraging and knowledgeable, and if you are just starting a new fitness journey or continuing, this is the perfect place.
Overall, this gym is subpar at best. Overcrowded and extremely dirty. A negligent lack of communication from their management is now costing me time and money. They had the incorrect phone number listed under my name and sent me to collections over something ridiculous like $40. Never received a phone call, an email, or any notification whatsoever about a missed payment as I had my credit card on file. This will be the last corporate gym that I join.
