Amazing service the front was very friendly and positive
Very disappointing experience at the TruFit Villa Maria Road location in Bryan. I brought a friend who is already a TruFit member at another location and simply wanted to see the facility and the group classes I regularly attend. Instead of receiving a welcoming experience, we were met with hostility and a complete lack of customer service from Natalia, who identified herself as the manager. I give them 0 stars They have given me hell to cancel my membership and are still overcharging me, don't sign membership contract with them!
Staff is not on the same page. I kept getting the run around about cancelling . Manager Jennifer is very rude ! Horrible establishment
