Expensive, and machines are old, everything is always breaking down. Not worth it
Absolutely ridiculous. How hard is it to unlock a door at the time your business is supposed to open? Tru Fit claims they open at 7:00 AM on Sundays, yet I've shown up multiple times at 7:30 AM and the gym is still closed. Not 5 minutes late. Not 10 minutes late. A full 30+ minutes late with no explanation, no notice, and no regard for the people paying for memberships. What exactly is the point of posting Sunday hours as 7:00 AM if nobody is there to open the gym? This isn't a one time issue.....Ive arrived multiple Sundays around 7:30 AM and the doors were still locked. People pay good money for memberships and organize their schedules around your posted hours. Standing outside waiting for a gym that's supposed to be open is ridiculous. Either open when you say you will or update the hours. This has become a recurring problem and it's incredibly frustrating.
Waiting on staff member to open the gym for 30+ minutes. No show.
